From M25

Take junction 29, A127 Eastbound to Southend.
Continue for approximately 18 miles following signs to Southend.

The first roundabout you meet will be by Tescos Supermarket, continue straight ahead.

At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit into Victoria Avenue for Southend Town Centre.

Continue along Victoria Avenue, through several sets of traffic lights, until you reach Victoria Circus roundabout (You will see Southend Victoria train station on your left). Here, take the 4th exit re-entering Victoria Avenue (doubling back on yourself).

Proceed for approximately 100m and enter the slip road on the left-hand side. After 200m you will arrive at Thamesgate House. There is a left turning, just before Fitness First, where you will find the car park.

We will allocate a space prior to your meeting.

Return to the front of the building and enter from the left hand entrance next to Fitness First (Entrance 33) and take the lift to our office suite on the 6th Floor.

Southend Victoria main line rail station is approximately 200m from Thamesgate House & this provides a regular service to and from London Liverpool Street. Services are also available from London Fenchurch Steet to Southend Central station,
which is a 10 minute walk to our offices.
