Converso Contact Centres gains FSA authorisation.
Converso is proud to have gained authorisation to carry out regulated activity on behalf of financial services companies.
Director, Dino Forte comments "We already work on behalf of numerous financial services companies, and this was an important goal for us to achieve. Our aim is not only to continue to win new business but also to expand our offering to existing clients, without being held back by regulation. We are confident of being one of the first outsourced contact centres in the UK to have achieved the authorisation."
