Our slogan says it all really because since 1997 we have been taking calls on behalf of companies all over the UK and from overseas and we really are experts at talking to your customers.

We operate from a state of the art 180 seat Customer Contact Centre based in Southend on Sea. Our offices are spacious modern and air conditioned because the comfort of our staff is important to us.

Training plays a major part in the development of our staff and naturally in the quality of service we offer our customers. With this in mind we have built a 20 seat multimedia training centre where our staff undertake extensive customer service training before ever answering a call on your behalf. We are an Investor in People company and members of the DMA.
